40,000 lb. die is crane-loaded to transfer car which delivers the die into the splitter
Magnetic clamping in rams secures top half of die and splits the tool
Once split, the lower die half is removed on transfer car for servicing
The ram & upper die rotate 180-degrees and lowers inverted top half for service access
Top half can be serviced in the splitter or removed on a transfer car for remote servicing
Reassembly is completed by reversing this sequence
