Single Station Die Cart :
Single station die carts and mold carts enable safe die transport and changing to and from the side of your stamping press. Die and Mold Change Carts are often paired with our Die and Mold Storage Racks for a complete Die and Mold Storage and Retrieval System. Each cart we make is a little different and we want to make sure that the cart we design is the one you need. To identify the right kind of solution for your manufacturing environment consider:
- Your desired electric die or mold cart specifications, such as minimum & maximum load capacity, length & width of tool for proper deck sizing, travel path & frequency of use for battery sizing, press transfer & storage rack height for proper lift stroke.
- What space restraints will your cart operate in?

Green Valley Manufacturing’s most popular die handling cart. The single station die/mold cart is used to move dies or materials between the press and the die storage and maintenance area. The primary advantage is having powered transfer on the deck as well as fine elevation changes. This transfer cart has the advantage of moving the entire length of the manufacturing facility, while dies that are moved by cranes are limited to the distance of the crane travel.
