SPECIFICATIONS

  • Allows rapid exchange of dies
  • Powered rollers for die transfer in a 2 column wide by 4 cell high die library with transfer elevator
  • 1 touch HMI for quick and efficient exchange of dies
  • Rail mounted die transfer shuttle travels and docks to rigid chain push/pull to complete transfer into the press
  • FUNCTION: safely removes old die from the press to the die library elevator where a new die is staged. The new die is transferred to the shuttle which travels to the press and inserts the new die safely and efficiently while the elevator places the old die safely in the die library
