PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Change dies in minutes safely with the Titan 1760. The over/under design provides die pre-staging capabilities. Operators are able to stage the exchange die at the press prior to extracting the die in the press. Upon extracting the die from the press the lift is simply lowered and the exchange die inserted.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Titan 1361 provides all the same great features as other GVMI carts. The addition of a turntable deck enhances the cart’s flexibility. With a turntable deck, tools can be either side or end transferred. A high capacity turret deck and lift provide years of trouble-free service. Manual rotation and tool stops positively retain molds or dies on board. Consult a GVMI applications engineer for additional details.

The unit depicted, a 2 X 15,000-lb mold changer is one of Green Valley’s most popular. This mold/die changer can effortlessly transport up to 30,000-lbs and can be configured for 1 or 2 molds or dies. An on-board rechargeable DC direct drive allows you to plug right into the wall for quick, no hassle charging. This transporter is easily controlled and managed by a remote pendant controller.
